Though the electronic medium can sometimes feel cluttered, if the message is creatively delivered, it might serve the purpose of marketing.For a well established brand like Kotak Mahindra General Insurance, we had an added responsibility to communicate some very technical Insurance and services related messages and to do this creatively yet in a simple method which is easily relatable to all the audiences. We sought help from our daily life experiences relating them with either catchy lines or impressive visuals. This method made the campaign a hit because the mailers were easily relatable plus simple to understand. The CTR for these emailers and the feedbacks by the client help us work through more, better and efficient campaigns
